What happens if I cancel my appointment?
I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, so please give me as much notice as possible if you wish to move or cancel your appointment.
Any cancellations under the given time frames or non attendance will be charged the full consultation rate.
Do you offer the same services at both locations?
Yes. Treatments may vary depending on the issue but it will all be explained before the treatment starts.
Do I have to be a member at Seacourt Tennis Club to book an appointment?
No you do not need to be a member but if you are interested in becoming a member I can offer more information.
How long is an appointment?
Each appointment is up to 60 minutes.
What should I expect in my appointment?
Each appointment will start with a brief chat about your injury history then I will do an assessment, treat the issue with a combination of manual therapy/acupuncture/taping/stretching/rehabilitaion exercises if needed. Then I will reassess you before finishing up with a recommended treatment plan.
What do I wear to my appointment?
Please wear comfortable clothing or sports gear.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking available in both locations.
Do you offer discounted rates?
Yes, packages are discounted and you can get 20% off a session when referring a friend.
Can I claim on my private health insurance?
I would contact your insurance company and find out if you are covered for Sports Therapy.
Do you have changing/shower facilities?
There are changing rooms with toilets and showers at Seacourts but not in the Chichester venue.
Are there childcare facilities at either venues?
No
Do you treat all ages?
Yes, I treat all ages. I recommend anyone under the age of 16 years old to be accompanied by an adult initially.
If I refer a friend, do I get a discount?
Yes, if you refer a friend and they sign up for a package you will received 20% off one session.
